And this year, according to Tom Fahey in " Dog Racing May Be Gone Forever ," the two tracks that remained "won permission to drop all racing dates.

Little Black is in a large dog kennel, curled up in her litter box, going nowhere near her tasty, stinky canned food, and she will be returned tomorrow.
