During the filming of this production, I got to experience “dirt hawking&#. Dirt hawking is a form of falconry that involves hunting rabbits and other small game with Harris Hawks (other hawk species also qualify). But what really strikes me is the smell – fresh, clean and without comparison. “HO!!
