The cuisine was magnificent, especially lamb. At one occasion, during the hike Tsanakis collected wild mushrooms and in a restaurant, asked the chef to prepare those for us. Dalmatian Pelican – Pelecanus crispus. Also, trekking poles proved useful. Mute Swan – Cygnus olor. Pygmy Cormorant – Microcarbo pygmeus.
