Prop 2 Passes in California

Proposition 2 has been passed in California. 4, 2008) – Voters in California approved an historic ballot measure to halt the inhumane confinement of animals on factory farms by an overwhelming margin. Prop 2 requires that factory farms provide enough space for animals to stand up, turn around and extend their limbs.

An Affront to the Idea of Family

The cows are walking around green fields, similar to those in the criminally misleading California cows commercials. And they certainly wouldn't hurt anybody; that's what those big factory farms do that aren't owned by families. Their goal is to make a profit from the breeding and slaughter of animals.
