NEW JERSEY – Animal shelters are full, they have no space, they often have no money, and they have a small amount of dedicated volunteers. If appropriate, the pet would also be part of adoption events where the general public can visit the pet. Fostering is a wonderful experience. They are the best ambassador for that pet.
