The WBW remained elusive like a bear (for me at least – a month ago, Georgos met a mother with two cubs, took a few photos, then dropped down and played dead). Cows and water buffaloes grazing the dried up lakebed under the imposing shadow of Mt. I opt for the bird richest section of the lake, visible from the eastern dyke.
