Clare went a chose a first for Australia. My Best Bird of the Year for 2015 has to be the Temminck’s Stint , because although it was not the most colourful bird that I saw this year it will go into the record books as a “first for Australia”! I love participating in citizen science! And it wasn’t even a country-first!
