Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

she’s only been indoors her whole life and she’s not very good with other animals. I’ve reached out to about about a million shelters, all around the Houston area. No one is taking any animals at this time. I haven’t found any shelters that’s willing to foster. So far no luck. I feel like right now.
