And this is partly what’s so disappointing about the message of this book: Herzog amasses the research, and sees and does things that involve tremendous suffering and injustice. The campaign to moralize meat has largely been a failure.

Today it is a different situation, i learned from then about respecting animals and my life has been devoted to ending their suffering and torment. ARAN works with volunteers, activists, members of the public and other animal protection groups. Also, John Carmody is PETA's spokesperson for Ireland.
