Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

Hello, I hope someone can help me out or point me in the right direction. My mother recently passed and she has two cats and one of which was her baby is very adoptable. I’ve even been reaching out to shelters of north to see if they work with any shelters in the Houston for transporting animals to their shelters up north.
