The vet supplied information on where the owners lived. Through our foundation and shelter we got surgery for little Chi that same day. The Vet said Chicharito was in too much pain and that he had to be fixed immediately. They help us rescue dogs in need, and care for those without a voice who are injured, abused and neglected.
