Out of the 46 listed dogs we started with Monday 2/5/24 11 received Rescue Holds 5 received Adoption Holds 7 received Foster Holds 18 are being given an extra day 5 were killed for kennel capacity ?The The shelter gained three kennels by killing; ? ❤️We can save dogs if we have a home for them to go to!

The vet supplied information on where the owners lived. After more than 2 years working with Baja Dogs, we still hadn’t heard that one. The Vet said Chicharito was in too much pain and that he had to be fixed immediately. Two days later Chicharito was already a different dog. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. ? ?Chicharito

His large pouty eyes, silky fur-coat, and silly little paws on which he fumbled all over the hay-covered kennel, lured me in like a dog to a bone. After talking to the owner of the shelter however, I learned there was more to adopting little Chester, or any pet for that matter, than my love at first bark.
