Abandon Killing Transported Wildlife

A parent bird’s instinct to feed and protect their young is very strong, and they will not willingly abandon their babies. Mites will eventually kill the bird. Call and transport the bird to a bird rehabber ASAP. Unfortunately a bird’s nest location is not always perfect. Baby bird with lots of mites.

And of course, shuttling wildlife to and fro, and contemplating their place in our lives and our place in theirs. Though she hadn’t managed to kill anyone yet, I wasn’t about to roll the dice on whether she really did have some kind of predator instinct. I followed his call, but so did Emily The Hunter.
