In June, the 2018-2019 Federal Duck Stamp was released. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has published a list of NWRs that have been created or expanded with Duck Stamp funds. In fiscal year 2017 , funds available to the MBCF totaled about $87 million. It received a temporary reprieve in 2018, though surrounding areas did not.)
