Public accommodations include government buildings, stores, hotels, transportation hubs, hospitals, schools, restaurants, etc. The refuge has an impressive visitor center that opened in 2008, so it is ADA compliant. Pets are not allowed, nor are joggers, runners, or bicyclists. The refuge is free and has no fees of any sort.
