As for Project Treadstone, there have been three fatalities-by-automobile and one litter of three kittens, two of whom were caught and adopted fairly early. Finally, I was asked to participate in a new TNR group in my town that started largely because of my oodles of questions and setting of policy for Project Treadstone!

And on a down note, Gray Momma of Project Treadstone was hit by a car and euthanized a couple of days ago. Also, there are three kittens, who are the only kittens since Project Treadstone began, so that's not so bad. Anyone have suggestions or advice? Any guidance is appreciated.
