Right now, I am frustrated with the EU and the UN. This whole mess reminds me of other similar situations.Kosovo, Bosnia, Rwanda. I am no supporter of the Iraq War. Tags: virunga congo gorillas. The rebel forces in the Congo have controlled the gorilla sector of Virunga since 2007. How far can diplomacy really go?
