Animal agriculture is inherently inhumane. My doctor says my tremendous health and strength are due to my being a vegan. April 9, 2009 The writer is the editor of Vermont’s Local Banquet, a quarterly magazine about food and agriculture. Would we say these people were slaughtered in a “people friendly” manner?
