Hunters kill members of endangered species. Most believe that it's wrong to hunt animals for sport, but sport hunting is legal. And perhaps my favorite: "[I]f healthy, homeless humans were rounded up and killed, no one would call the killing facilities 'shelters'" (55). To be consistent (and nonspeciesist).
