After breeding they also disperse over the rainforests and savannas of West and Central Africa, where they hunt for aerial insects. Excellent sites for seeing this beauty include Bwindi Impenetrable Gorilla National Park in Uganda and Ghana’s Kakum National Park. They prefer open areas, especially around wetlands.
