Regarding Adam's comment yesterday about low-cost spay/neuter, the reason this particular one is low-cost is that it is subsidized by the county and city (and maybe State, I'm not sure). Tags: Activism Current Affairs Ethics. She has brought over a dozen cats there in just two weeks, 11 of whom were pregnant. Can you imagine?

You may recall that when I took him to the vet (and at that time I thought he was a she) I asked them to check him out and they said he looked fine. There is a Spay-Around-the-Clock coming up, and I'm signing up to volunteer. Tags: Activism Current Affairs Ethics. He didn't look at all comfortable.
