Dirt hawking is a form of falconry that involves hunting rabbits and other small game with Harris Hawks (other hawk species also qualify). In the case of fox hunting (a true bloodsport), dogs are domesticated animals that are killing, not for food, but for sport. Raptors are wild animals that are driven by their instinct to find food.
