I foresee a day, perhaps not far in the future, in which it is illegal to raise cows, pigs, and other animals for food. Force, coercion, and manipulation, by comparison, are inferior on each score. Still others will do so because they believe, rightly or wrongly, that vegetarianism (or demi-vegetarianism) is good for human beings.
