Sharks are a regular feature on television channels like the Discovery Channel, with even entire weeks devoted to this majestic sea creature. Shark finning is the practice of removing fins from live sharks with sharp tools, and then tossing the shark back into the ocean.

For some butterflies, this bird is not boring but rather the equivalent of a Great White Shark. The Light-vented Bulbul used to be restricted to Southern China but has expanded its range in the past few decades. A Chinese friend told me that some people in China now catch and eat Little Buntings instead.
