The ASPCA, Born Free USA (Animal Protection Institute), Animal Welfare Institute, Fund for Animals along with former Ringling animal trainer Tom Rider had accused the circus of shackling, confining and striking elephants with bullhooks, which have a sharp steel hook at one end. There is an elephant who deperately needs our help. Nosey the African elephant is with Liebling Family circus in Florida, right now they are in Mount Dora, this outfit violates animal welfare regulations on a regular basis. There have been many instances where elephants in these constant abusive situations go berserk.
