I don't know how seriously to take this, or if it's just the ag industry pulling an NRA stunt (ie. The proposal was one of several drafted after a 2007 Supreme Court ruling found that greenhouse gases the animals emit through flatulence or belching amounts to air pollution. knee-jerk reaction to anything and everything.)
