A branch of Palm Beach County's Animal Care & Control that has been closed for a long, long time and has reopened. They will spay/neuter, vaccinate, tip ears and microchip , and they do not test. There are likely 30 unsterilized cats remaining, but they're doing a very good job of avoiding yours truly.

Stephanie posted the first of a series of guest posts by yours truly about TNR and Project Treadstone over at her immensely popular site at Change.org. Speaking of Project Treadstone, Powder Puff, seen below, died over the weekend. My only hope is that other kitties at Project Treadstone aren't suffering someplace hidden.
