Pretty sure I know the answer but wondering if anyone has wise advice and tips on the situation. To start the owner is a 65 year old short stubby man with many medical issues including a gimpy leg and bad back. My neighbor that lives in the apartment below me got a great pyrenees-golden doodle mix about two years ago. What do I do!?
