Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has published a list of NWRs that have been created or expanded with Duck Stamp funds. In fiscal year 2017 , funds available to the MBCF totaled about $87 million. Horicon NWR (Wisconsin): 98.7%. How important are 10,000 or 100,000 or even 1,000,000 acres and where are those acres anyhow?
