NVA splits into two businesses, may go public in next few years

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) announced that it will form two separate businesses, which will prepare to go public in a few years. Ethos Veterinary Health will manage the specialty hospitals, and NVA will continue to oversee general practice hospitals and equine practices.
