The suffering in this world that occurs at the hand of humankind and is entirely intentional, is disgusting and dispiriting. I choose not to watch videos or bombard myself with images of suffering. And I know that, for instance, I simply don't have the skill set to be an undercover person who documents abuse. Thanks so much.
