SPCA Supervisor Arrested For Animal Cruelty in Texas

I hope this woman rots in jail, but I doubt that will happen in Texas. Apparently she was running out of money so she left the puppy in a crate in her laundry room to slowly starve to death. Authorities found the dog, a German shepherd mix named Bruce, in a small crate on March 18. They described the stench as "overwhelming."
