To start the owner is a 65 year old short stubby man with many medical issues including a gimpy leg and bad back. I got my puppy around the same time so we would keep up together and let our pups play at the dog park. Fast forward to now and I never see his dog anymore or him for that matter. The patio is covered in dog pads.
