Oil on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama I covered the spill for several months for a special TV series on the Gulf Disaster. June 2, 2010 BP apparently bans workers from showing dead or dying wildlife and from talking to the press. There is, however, value in pausing to reflect and remember what happened two years ago.
