Oil on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama I covered the spill for several months for a special TV series on the Gulf Disaster. The babies that hatched from these eggs were released on Florida’s east coast. There is no point rehashing the gruesome details of the largest accidental marine oil spill in our history.
