As uncertain as the future may be, I’m sure we’re all ready to bid farewell to the year 2020. After lunch, we were back on the road again, racing back south on California Highway 1 with “China Cat Sunflower” blasting on the car stereo. In October of 2017, I took what was my first trip to California as a birder.
