Education council schedules site visits – January 2024

The AVMA Council on Education has scheduled site visits to 10 schools and colleges of veterinary medicine for 2024.

Comprehensive site visits are planned for Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, February 4-8; Long Island University College of Veterinary Medicine, March 3-8; Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine, April 14-18; Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine, October 6-11; the University of Saskatchewan Western College of Veterinary Medicine, October 20-24; the University of Cambridge Department of Veterinary Medicine in England, October 27-November 1; Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine, November 3-10; the University of Prince Edward Island Atlantic Veterinary College, November 17-21; and Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, December 1-5.

A focused site visit is planned for Lincoln Memorial University Richard A. Gillespie College of Veterinary Medicine, February 11-15.

The council welcomes written comments on these plans or the programs to be evaluated.
