This is not about financial constraints, rather, it stems from the emotional strain of dealing with a dog's health issues. She says that she is very depressed (she is just angry of the dog licks the paws). I help with the dogs care and I try my best to encourage her that the fungus is getting better.

Did you know that it is Deaf Dog Awareness Week? They are then trained to become registered therapy dogs. They are then trained to become registered therapy dogs. I didn’t know this, but the Dalmatian Club of American mandates euthanasia of all deaf pups. dogs people helping animals rescues' How truly sad.

This final episode in the three-episode Season 1 disc was about the Vick dogs taken in by Best Friends for rehabilitation. (Be Be warned, there were some dog-fighting clips in the episode.) Rescuing the Vick dogs was a controversial move by Best Friends and some animal groups, most notably PETA, did not agree with it.

Choosing to adopt a dog rather than get one at the pet store (or what some like to refer to as “puppy mill”) is a beautiful thing—essentially you are saving a poor pup from euthanasia and you’re providing a an animal with a good home. Will there be someone at home to watch the dog while you’re away?
