Guest Post: Susan Wilson
A feral kitten captured and neutered by a small non-profit, somewhat militant organization, was on display at our local Massachusetts Society Prevention of Cruelty Association branch, which often took these feral cats in the hope of finding homes for them. Suit Against Circus Owners Goes to Trial

Detecting Animal Cruelty
Per the ASPCA's cruelty FAQ , here are some signs. Animal cruelty occurs when someone intentionally injures or harms an animal or when a person willfully deprives an animal of food, water or necessary medical care. I've googled this and can't find a single critique of the book that mentions that he is making a joke out of animal cruelty. Arkansas Out of the Dark Ages with Cruelty Law
Mike Beebe has signed into law new animal-cruelty restrictions that make aggravated cruelty to cats, dogs and horses a felony on the first offense...
