Feral Cats Are An Invasive Species in North America (and elsewhere)

Dogs are similarly dispersed across size ranges, with Foxes, Coyotes, and Wolves taking prey across different parts of the size range. Un-owned cats, as opposed to owned pets, cause the majority of this mortality. There is not a wild cat, such as the Wildcat, in North America, at that lower end of the size range for cats.
