The highlight of the night was a Striped Possum, a large squirrel sized possum with black and white striped fur. There were also massive native White-tailed Rats and the Northern Brown Bandicoot. The Northern Brown Bandicoot ( Isoodon macrourus ) is a marsupial of the forest floor.
