I went to my backyard shed and found completely black creature which looks like a lizard, is as small as a lizard, has six legs, and appears to be slimy like an amphibian. What the hell is it, i need answers.

Hi, I hope this post is ok here. I'm looking for an animal that is not diurnal, that likes water to some extent at least, that is if possible kind (example of kind: if they kill prey, they attack the neck first to kill prey first, or they help/interact with other animals for any reason, for example to help with food, or to warn about enemies, or to be together when its cold, etc, any of these things is fine, no need to have all).
