There are a few stray dogs in my campus and they are very friendly to students and the in-campus residents. About two weeks or something ago one of the female dog has given birth to two adorable puppies and they are just so f **g cute but let's not get me started on that lol. What can I do in this situation?

I thought it was an urban myth that animal shelters would actually turn over unwanted animals to laboratories for research, but apparently not. In return, the company can use some of the unwanted dogs for animal research. In return, the company can use some of the unwanted dogs for animal research.

She has been mounted by another stray in the neighborhood, an unfixed male. She also has another, smaller dog that follows her around (some kind of terrier Chihuahua mix) unsure of gender. I know she would likely not survive a shelter, and I'd also feel bad for the smaller dog that's almost always with her.

A New York Times story that ran in 2001 about a homeless dog wandering around a suburban part of New York City, struck a chord with me. They offered him hand-outs and cared enough about him, not to call Animal Control and risk having him picked up and sent to a shelter where his fate would be doomed. See the trailer: [link].
