In my opinion and it's okay if anyone disagrees but, I don't think there are 'evil' animals because we can't and probably shouldn't project human morals onto animals. They aren't humans and shouldn't be treated as such. All animals are just doing what they can to survive which includes eating their babies. For the sake of survival, and more efficient reproduction. Like animals who'll abandon/eat the runts of the litter to give the other babies a better chance. Or when in danger some fish will quickly eat their eggs because they know the eggs are going to be eaten by the predator anyways and would rather regain some of those calories.
All in all, evil is a human concept and cannot be accurately applied to other animals because they are not humans.

Everyone's 'cute' little otters are absolutely abhorrent. In mating season, not only will the males virtually gang-rape a female (and sometimes drown her), but the over-sexed, testosterone rampant males who DON'T get access to a female will find an otter pup - a baby - on shore and will pin it down and proceed to rape it to death in order to answer the raging sex need of its own body.
Otters are NOT 'cute'..
So animals raping cubs or infants of their species isn't disgusting and bad to you. I don't care about philosophical concepts.

Males of a pretty much any species of carnivorous mammal with kill a female’s offspring to put her back in breeding mode. I imagine you’d consider most animals “awful” but that’s nature and survival. You can’t make a moral judgement on animals that have no morals, only biological imperatives. Dolphins do some fucked up things though, to be sure.
