Recommendation for a stray dog.

Hello. I just found a stray dog with what looks like scabs from some wounds; it's full of flies, especially around the ears, has dark spots, and some parts of its body are without scabs. I've given it Ciprofloxacin and Metronidazole with bandages. I don't know what to do; I can't take it to the vet. I hope someone can recommend something. Thank you.

It depends how friendly it is, how confident you are with dogs and it's general health. A bath would probably be a good starting point and gently wash around wounds ( big risk of being bitten), then use antiseptic cream on wounds. Give it lots of water and some food, too much food too quickly will upset it's stomach so small and often.

Hero stray dog got a dog house? I would have given him mine. He deserves it!
