Does the fact that this guide doesn’t include all of Indonesia or Malaysia mean that a birder going to these countries will have to invest in multiple field guides?

The Pittas of Sepilok

Well – I only saw two species, the most common ones at Sepilok, Sabah, Borneo, Malaysia. Unfortunately, the Hooded Pitta is a frequent victim of collisions with buildings, for example in Singapore ( source ). Humanity is overrated. Not that they need many words anyway.
