It is mainly scrub and woodland in a dry area with a mosque and fast food restaurant in the central area. A guide with transport would be the perfect way to visit this site as it can be a bit tricky to get to. Any remaining time can be productively spent at either or both of the hides at Ra’s al-Khor wildlife Sanctuary.
