Random baby bunny that has no eyes or eyes stuck shut? Advice?

[link] We found this baby bunny outside in the pouring rain because of our dogs barking at it. We are not sure where it came from and it feels skinny. We’ve put it on a heated blanket to warm up but are unsure what to do as it doesn’t seem to have eyes that we can find. Neither of us have any experience with bunnies but we want to help it if it needs help.
