(i have uploaded this to multiple other animal based forums) my family and i rescue kittens and today i found a tuxedo kitten (about a month old i'd say) in the middle of the road. it has no extertal wounds beside the fact that its right eye seems to be either stuck together/possible wounded and healing. the kitten is extremly malnurished and will not even open its mouth when presented with wet food. i was able to give it some water with a plastic syringe though. we do not currently have any

Birds built a nest on my backyard lightcam(Alerts are going nuts). I saw it when it was but a stick or two, I took them off thinking the recent storms somehow had blown them up there because it was super windy. when I did I realized I was being watched by the bird. I assumed I had frightened them and they wouldn't return. But nope, the built it and then they laid an egg in it.

My wife and I are, in one way, very unusual Americans. While our compatriots seem only to want to visit Mexico’s touristy beach cities, we would rather go anywhere else in this country. Indeed, even though I just celebrated 40 years of living in Mexico, we have never been to Cabo San Lucas, and our only experience with Cancún was going though immigration in that city’s airport.

New England Reptile Distributers just released a video explaining a terrible incident involving the FWC (Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission). FWC officers arrived at a reptile facility and forcefully killed 29 reticulated pythons, 5 Burmese pythons, and 1 pregnant Boa constrictor. The man who owned the snakes, Chris Coffee, had legally possessed them for years.
