Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

Hello, I hope someone can help me out or point me in the right direction. She’s been spayed and her front paws have been declawed (I know that’s not a normal thing now, but back in the day that was fairly normal for people to do that to their cats). I feel like right now. She’s an older cat. She’s about 12 years old.

Or paid for food for a year at a rescue kennel. I've never met Bella , the orange tabby pictured above whose people abused her and tried to declaw her with pliers. What about the individuals right there in the laboratory? Or printed thousands of copies of vegan leaflets. But that's utilitarian thinking.
